Pros

Tuition benefits are amazing. Staff is fun to be around. Great environment for the children. Very understanding and flexible when I had a significant family emergency that required me to travel a lot.

Cons

No training at all. Lack of communication with staff in regards to changes or expectations, especially during the beginning of the Pandemic. Teacher are extremely underpaid.
