      My kids were so sweet and insanely smart!

      No flexibility in teaching styles. Challenger is very rigid on how one should and shouldn't teach. Absolutely NO work/life balance. It took over my life completely in a negative way. I hope you love teaching and nothing but teaching, because it will take up at least 14 hours of your day. At least. Lack of training. I went to a one week training Challenger held before becoming a teacher, and it was too much too fast. I didn't even get to see how a proper elementary classroom was run before I was thrust into being a teacher. Low pay. Teachers are underpaid, and this job proves it. I gave everything I had and the pay never felt like it justified it.

      Curriculum and management are great! Headmaster Garcia is the best to work for!

      They have strong core values that may not align with your own beliefs but it is part of the curriculum
