I liked the curriculum and lesson planning was relatively easy compared to public schools since they had how they wanted lessons taught and worksheets pre made for you.

Cons

Management is terrible. Headmaster always had to be right, condescending, and belittling. You are discouraged and even reprimanded for going to other teachers for help, questions, or advice because heaven forbid the headmaster isn’t involved in every conversation and issue you’re having. Micromanagement with a sprinkle of narcissism was the management style.
