Horrible Organisation to work with

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Flexibility to enter office but then you are a slave after they hire you.

Cons

Heavy money leakages due to inefficient management and staff. Employees are insecure of jobs and follow discrimination and trying to maintain friendly relations with bosses so as to get favours of overseas travels with family. You may have to undergo heavy harassment and persecution if you do not make your bosses happy both physically and mentally. If you complain, you will be treated like a criminal within the organisation and your responsibilities will be best tried to be moved to the favourites and you will be singled out in every way possible. The human resources will hate you for raising your hand against the above mentioned harassment. They will treat you as if you are a liar.

Pros

No micro-managing, lots of autonomy. Company is in good financial position, also provide a best-of-breed product which makes selling easier. Upper management is on your side to succeed and willing to help at all stages. Investing to train their sales force.

Cons

Lacks a formal training process. Unproductive meetings that drag. Disconnect between some teams in Israel and the US. Slow to pay out commissions. Takes months to receive commission/revenue reports
