      Bittersweet experience

      Pros

      Good health insurance plan. Competitive salary (but few raises). Home office once a month. "Free" week between Christmas and New Year.

      Cons

      This branch of the company is very chaotic, flexibility sometimes makes for inequality. You may have to stay till late. Few people are really productive. The problem being the HR and management that seem to agree with this culture. Being a manager's friend is more important than being productive. There is a lot of disrespect in interpersonal relationships and nobody controls it. Not a good atmosphere to work. No proper equipment in the offices, the mobiliary isn't in good condition.

      Pros

      The product and its reputation are excellent, really nice to get positive feedbacks from old customers. Also compensation is quite good.

      Cons

      Poor Management: the regional Presidents do whatever they want: finance, HR, legal do not have a real say so the company is lacking check and balances. Ceragon is quite old fashion and the spirit is not there
