Bittersweet experience - Technical Assistant Ceragon Networks Employee Review

This branch of the company is very chaotic, flexibility sometimes makes for inequality. You may have to stay till late. Few people are really productive. The problem being the HR and management that seem to agree with this culture. Being a manager's friend is more important than being productive. There is a lot of disrespect in interpersonal relationships and nobody controls it. Not a good atmosphere to work. No proper equipment in the offices, the mobiliary isn't in good condition.
