Central location in Bucharest. Competitive technology. Continuous skills developement. Multiple benefits.

Cons

Little opportunity to grow. Salary under market. Multitasking and overload of some employees, while others don't do much. Tasks sometimes don't have any sense.

Good Technology and a market leader

Cons

Selling solutions in a market where they have limited growth, and aren't a strategic partner to their customers. Their solutions are nice to have as an alternative, if fiber doesn't work. Pay is under-market and managing employees transition/exiting the business is pathetic.
