Good Technology but lousy Employee Experience - Anonymous employee Ceragon Networks Employee Review

Selling solutions in a market where they have limited growth, and aren't a strategic partner to their customers. Their solutions are nice to have as an alternative, if fiber doesn't work. Pay is under-market and managing employees transition/exiting the business is pathetic.
