A lot of the way that your broker runs the office goes by Century 21 standards, which are set high. You get great training, and good support along the way.

Cons

If your broker takes on too much work, you may have a difficult time dealing with them

The franchise brand recognition is the best part of working for C21 as a Realtor.

Cons

Management cares less about agents and customers. All they care about is the commissions. The owners are broke and are actively trying to sell a business no one will buy. Go to Remax or Prudential...Hell anywhere but with these clowns...

Pros

The owners are approachable and flexible. My coworkers are mature and have great work ethic. There is no typical female hormone wars or backstabbing. I have always felt they acknowledge and appreciate your efforts and am compensated appropriately.

Cons

Real estate in general can be stressful and has it's ups and downs but that has more to do with the job position in general rather than this specific company. Realty Group has been a top C-21 office in the world and has some of the top agents who can sometimes be a bit demanding and have unreasonable expectations - but those are few and far between. Most treat you like family and are appreciative of your efforts.
