      Education, Learning opportunities, and name brand recognition, local, close by, open to new ideas

      Cons

      Following their rules, paying into them for my education, and being lowest on totem pole at the beginning

      Pros

      Good corporate branding image, nationwide. Century 21 is a trusted name, especially among baby boomers. My managing broker's office manager was awesome and had an open door policy.

      Cons

      Each office is independently owned and operated and I happened to be with a broker who had "favorites" and allocated many of the general office leads to his chosen few. This didn't help with maintaining good morale or loyalty among the agents.
