Nice agents, pleasant clients, nice location.

Cons

Owner of thus franchise owns 8 locations. If you're a realtor they take a large percentage of your commission but offer little benefit. The receptionist and other support staff are denied breaks and lunch, yet they aren't paid for lunch and have to say that the take one each day even though they have to eat at their desk quickly while working. Receptionists who have worked here 10 years without raises.

Great training & nice people. Weekly meetings that helped keep you motivated. Great support with paperwork and closing the deal.

Cons

When I was there the overall market conditions were bad here as well as most of the country. Looking to get back into the business, may consider C21
