Centene reviews

There are meetings where we are discussing the same topics over and over. Nothing new is discussed and it feels like ground hog day. There is substantial department (political) infighting but nobody is held accountable when deliverables are not met. There is voluntary turn over due to this, as people are frustrated that it never feels like anything is getting done. Leadership changes every few years and every new senior leader has a vision that they want to implement. They ultimately fail leave and then the new leader has a new vision. Rinse repeat this process over a few years and you have a revolving door of issues. Combine this with the turnover mentioned above and you dont have enough SMEs to solve problems.

This company made their Billions off of your tax dollars.--they lack integrity and the leaders are worse than the politicians you read about. NY Centene recently laid off people and alot of them were over the age of 50. There's a public Centene and there is the true Centene. The true Centene put money over every thing. They LOVE it when the ecomony is tanking and people are losing their jobs--They were in their glory during COVID. When people lose their jobs, they obtain more customers.
