All member contact is through telephonic outreach—the members who need the most help are typically unreachable. It doesn't often feel like I'm helping the people who need it the most. Strict parameters for who I can outreach due to working with children in the child welfare system—makes sense but makes the work more difficult due to the information provided to us not always being up-to-date. 100% remote (may be a pro to some but not to me) All interactions are over the phone or email—no in-person interactions with members
