Lacks direction and things change continuously as though management is intentionally programming and driving a runaway train. Disaster. Talks of being one team, but there really isn't C-suite completely disconnected from those below Male driven atmosphere (yes, even with a female CEO) Preferential treatment to those who live locally Disregard to any decent work-life balance Centene is your typical American Corporation who only cares about its shareholders and Directors. Does not care about its employees.
