      Good place to work but too many cuts

      Pros

      Centene is a good company and the people are hard working and decent.

      Cons

      With the multiple rounds of job cuts, there are not enough people to do the work. I have noticed a change where most people are stressed and over allocated. Responsiveness has sharply decreased and people are overloaded with work, with more work coming every day.

      Everyone is nice, like genuinely nice to your face, midwestern values, respect your time off

      Cons

      Mega corporation, your experience is largely dependent on your individual manager and team. Hard to move up. 401k vesting is over 5 years, which is wildly long to me
