Good benefits, good salary, praise when things are good.

Cons

When times are hard you are nothing but a number. They will drop you like a stone without attempting find out where the real problems are. Do not believe that people can switch departments. Very judgmental regarding where you work and what you do. No help with career progression.

Working culture differ from areas. Body clock constantly have to readjust itself, and can be straining to the body/health.

Good staff travel & health cover, a good entry in your resume (for you to move onto somewhere else better later)

Cons

Reluntance to make decisions (from top to bottom), rife blame culture (as soon as something's gone wrong, people point their fingers to others), favouritism towards certain ethnic groups, regular rotations of top managment (many aren't even experts in the areas they're in)
