Good company if you are after work/life balance

solid company culture in terms of transparency and integrity, friendly/none-competitive co-workers who have a real long term relationship with the company, get off work on time most of the time

Cons

limited career advance opportunities, bureaucratic because the company is enormous and there is inevitably lots of governing which some people may see as red tapes, certainly not the best paid company

Cons

Too many middle managers fighting for recognition. This company ONLY hires its foreign employees on a contract basis. VERY local Hong Kong culture Even if you have excellent benefits to fly, you have VERY limited time off to actually use it
