Pros

Great Office culture that is staff orientated. Full medical aid and pension plans more leave than any other airline Investment in fleet means that planes are new and on standard with rest of the industry.

Cons

Thanks happen very slowly at times, centralization makes it difficult to get work done on time. Procurement systems very slow.

Pros

Always fly to the same destination so you can get used to it fairly fast. Only operate one of two night flights out of LA so you have the day to run your errands and night flights means passengers mostly sleep when they get on board. Paid from engine on to engine off plus 30 min of ground pay.

Cons

No chances to operate to other countries and there's a quite a focus on seniority in the company. The pay is quite low as well if you fly the average amount of flights given to you.
