      Pros

      Good working environment in Cathay City, located at Lantau Island. Bank, supermarket, hotel facility, etc, are available for staffs usage.

      Cons

      It is away from the city, for those live in NT, Kowloon or HK island, it takes some time on travelling to/from work.

      Unlike most of the company in Hong Kong, no one works most of the local just seating around on Facebook. People actually working there which hardly see anywhere in Hong Kong.

      Poor financial portfolio, making it hard to getting promotion and move things forward.

      - Great international brand (Multiple World's Best Airline Awards) - Flight benefits (free stand-by flights annually plus unlimited discounted stand-by tickets) - Work life balance (most people start at 9am and leave at 5.30pm with 1 hour + lunchtimes)

      Cons

      - Very limited career opportunities (all real talent moves to other airlines or industries after several years) - Salary below market standards - Extreme blame-culture and favoritism by managment, leading to a very toxic working environment.
