      Discount staff travel. Extra income from overtime and shift penalties .Travel opportunities available for work. In house and on the job Training courses provided.

      Poor rostering. Lack of resources. Slow progression . Poor work practices. Unresponsive / poor management. Communication difficult with other departments.
