Pros

Generally, it made efforts to create an inclusive and respectful culture that each employee can balance their work with their lifestyle. Bureaucratic structure like traditional big company but at least rules are clear to follow. The crew is supportive and easy to each other thanks to its non-competitive job nature and most of them really love their job.

Cons

No future because of the shrinking industry, Chinese management style, and political intervention. Brand of Hong Kong is dying with Hong Kong.
