      Pros

      Colleagues are friendly, cheerful and helpful. We never say no to each other. Flexible working hours. Travel benefits. Once you are off duty, you are detached.

      Cons

      Management is getting worse. Only top management is taking the majority of profit share. Cutting frontline manpower and inflight resources. Cutting frontline staff salaries and allowances.
