Pros

Hybrid work with option to fully work from home after a few months by request, good and engaging trainers, respectable pay and benefits package, casual atmosphere (for the most part), helpful HR, approachable team leaders

Cons

Head office in Hong Kong is completely disconnected from its workers in other hubs, local management has little say when is comes to procedures, rediculous KPIs which causes unnecessary stress and tension between workers and management, occasional bad office vibes between teams, workload can seriously get out of hand on occasion when supporting other markets.

Very professional, high standards. For US based pilots, union representation is through USAOA

Cons

Due to covid, Hong Kong has forced very disruptive quarantine rules on the pilots at CX. As a result, it seems the USA base is soon to be closed.
