The culture and the people. The salary for Hong Kong people is very low but for foreigners, its really high. Depends from which country you from.

Cons

The people who in charge cabin crew or SELR. They are not helpful at all. Most of office people is pretty much useless besides moral support. Nothing more than that. Training is so rush and treat people like robot.
