They’ll hire you even as long as you have somewhat of a relevant degree and that’s literally the only pro

Cons

Some of the worst management on the planet. Supervisors and managers in almost every department have no clue what they’re doing. No communication between departments in an industry that survives on communication between departments. Employees are expected to be ready to work at all hours of the day, including weekends, with only an hours notice ahead of time. Managers and supervisors are completely soulless and lack self-awareness. You cannot go to them with issues because they have no empathy and only care about their paycheck. One of the most bizarre salary systems. Analyst I’s are getting paid more than Analyst II’s.

The job came with a paycheck and mediocre benefits.

Cons

The Catalent CPS plant in Philadelphia is plagued by an amateur senior leadership team that cannot lead effectively or decisively. Many employees have a very poor opinion of the site leadership as there is too much focus on meeting monthly revenue goals vs. product quality and work-life balance. A day at Catalent is like herding cats.

In this company: you can develop a career, you can learn with great people , get challenged, develop new skills .... and you can have autonomy to develop programs and projects : they allow you to be creative. Recognition is also high if you deliver good work! Last but not least : you can have flexible work hours , this is something that has no price !

Cons

The company is growing fast, therefore you need to be ready for the challenge !
