      Pros

      nice area , great pto time ,very clean building, employess very skilled at there jobs especially cartons

      Cons

      when slow they cut u down to 4 day work week gotta use ur pto, very poor raises if any , no recognition for doing a good job, management knows nothing about ur job funtions, morale is poor,cant take a day off on a wekend even on vacation, human resorces suck at everything when they are there, building is understaffed, constant mistakes with ur pay, people leave and there not replaced, no bending of there strict 5 pt system then ur fired

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Many smart people who try to do what is best.

      Cons

      Lack of managerial courage by senior management Non existent training programs for career development. Poor communication to employees about what is going on. Endless number of VP and Directors who seem to do nothing except contradict one another and keep place from moving forward. The most top heavy companies I am aware of.
