Pros

-good organization, things are in order -You do get to learn different skills if you approach the right people or ask people nicely -If you want to move forward, you have to take initiative.

Cons

-Pay could be better -Not many opportunities to move up. -They like to hire external people for higher position instead of hiring someone from inside who is experienced in the field. -Pay raise sucks. You have to leave the company and come back to get paid decent.

Pros

The company was good before some people bought it. After the new management took over, it was really a mess.

Cons

Bad behaviors towards their employees. They can do and undo at any time regardless of your efforts. I think the new management is trying to get rid of all the employees and possibly bring in their own people.

Pay, Insurance and PTO are satisfactory.Could be an excellent place to work with new management.

Cons

401K match is terrible(Walmart is actually better).Corporate preaches about ethics but our site managers do not act ethically and actually punish workers for reporting problems. They are not interested in the true root causes of problems.Site management is too focused on their careers and hiring/promoting their friends and themselves that they don't actually do their jobs well which is not serving the customer, company or employees.Ethical over site from corporate or an outside firm is needed.
