      Potential for growth if you are also aggressive in pursuing it them. The individuals that work in the company are employed because of their expertise in the industry and most will share that experience with you if prompted. There is a strong vision for the company for future growth.

      Cons

      Relatively flat leadership structure which results in a culture of delegation that focuses workload on only a few people. Lean structure creates high workload for everyone.
