Great people, great place to learn anything you want to know about the industry, but horrible work life/balance

-It's a great place to learn and the management is great about creating or accomodating time for any additional personal development/growth activities. -The people that work at Catalent are awesome to work with and put in the extra effort as a team, when needed.

Cons

-Not enough people to maintain the work load efficiently. -You have to put in too many extra hours if you want to be successful.

Potential for growth if you are also aggressive in pursuing it them. The individuals that work in the company are employed because of their expertise in the industry and most will share that experience with you if prompted. There is a strong vision for the company for future growth.

Cons

Relatively flat leadership structure which results in a culture of delegation that focuses workload on only a few people. Lean structure creates high workload for everyone.

Cons

Management does not care for employees or retaining them. They are strictly about how much money they made that month/ or quarter. insulting to receive a 1% raise while you are sending out emails on how good the company did last month/ quarter.
