      Good pay,hours of work,travel in a good area

      Cons

      Con workers and management will stab you in the back,Its the the TV show survivor ,If you are not one the right team you will be gone. They will find anyway to get you out.out. Thats what happen last year when they lay off about 30 people most were of color or non american.If you kiss butt you have a job for life.

      Good pay,good benefits if you have been employed for a long time,must be flexible to schedule changes frequently.

      Cons

      Unless you worked here when it was RP Scherer, your pay & benefits will be much lower than the person working next to you,To get along with supervisor you must be willing to be part of the good old boy network, meaning when something goes wrong & the boss wont fix it the right way, you keep quiet.

      They totally lead you on...holding the golden carrot in front of a hungry child. Once you get close BAM they pull it away quickly.
