      great technology variety of work to do start off with good amount of PTO

      health benefits could stand to be improved to fill positions is a painful, slow process better work life balance

      Focus and dedication to the customer, family feel, treat employees with respect, take pride in the work, regulatory excellence, do not micro manage, huge growth potential, cater to your individual strengths as an employee

      demanding workload, going through some minor growing pains as a company, high expectations, often have to be a self-starter and figure things out on your own, benefit package could be improved upon

      Pros

      Not much to say but the check has not bounced yet! Lots of work to do and you are guaranteed to get less than a 1.5% pay raise each year

      Cons

      Very poor leadership and HR department! I have not been here for that long and am already looking to leave! Stay away from this place; there is high turnover for a reason!
