      Pros

      Your peers act like family, and everyone works collectively to achieve a mutual goal. The facilities are decent, and newly updated. 5 day work week. Available overtime.

      Cons

      The management is poor. Employees are treated like wicked stepchildren. Managers don't care about any suggestions you make to improve your job. HR issues are handled very poorly. Any complaint or suggestion made gets you tagged as the "troublemaker", HR seems to almost always take the side of upper management when concerns are brought to their attention. If you are really good at your job, advancement is difficult, as they try to keep you in your current position.

      Upper management does a good job at running the company. Also there is a good track record of promoting from within.

      Cons

      The GM at the individual sites has a huge influence on the working environment.
