      Catalent is a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment where individual contributors are also given a say. It's a growing company with opportunities for advancement

      Cons

      Catalent's fast pace isn't for everyone. There is nowhere to hide and if you're not performing, you will be called to the carpet for it.

      Pros

      Excellent People to work with. The employees are great from my experience. People were willing to pitch in and help when needed

      Cons

      Management-the leadership does not have the skillset to effective tackle the challenges to change the direction of the company. Expectation that employees work overtime without getting paid No accountability from top leadership. This is pushed to the lower level and employees are reprimanded. Proper processes are not in place to effectively complete work Nepotism and favortism
