      Pros

      The people are nice and the working conditions are good. Pay scale for most positions is above-average; however, a lot of the non-exempt employees are treated poorly.

      Cons

      Upper management is like a big boys club. If the CEO takes a dislike to you or you ruffle his feathers in any way, you may as well forget any recognition or chance of advancement.

      Pros

      Great co-workers who stick together as a team to get the job done.

      Cons

      Certain departments are poorly managed by personnel who have no idea how to perform the tasks of the employees that they manage. They care only about metrics and meeting deliverables as opposed to investing in their employees. They rely solely on their employees to train the new people as well as get their work done on time.
