      Pros

      Employees feel appreciated. It feels like good changes are happening, but it will take time. There is little overtime work (not applicable to all departments).

      Cons

      The entire company needs updating in terms of software and infrastructure. Processes can be antiquated and unnecessarily complicated. Too much reliance on paper.

      Started in new Department ENOVA,mostly like R&D,EXCELLENT team leads ..

      Cons

      Just started working for them and New Department failed,we are all looking for layoffs now.So sad,had high hopes for this comany
