Pros
some decent employees that do most of the work and hold the place together, was given the salary I asked for, was given holidays I asked for (even last minute holidays)
Cons
a lot of employees are connected either by family or other relationship which shows how the company select its employees , no training provided-left on my own to work things out even though i didn’t have previous experience in the industry, older staff that needed retraining, manual work, a lot of manual paperwork, badly written documents, additional work and stress despite numerous attempts to communicate this to upper management
