Low pay, no proper training when hired, no recognition with taking on more responsibilities, micromanagement, and being denied flexibility despite strong performance. Project Coordinators doing Project Manager role (having own accounts and working same work load as PM at PC pay.) No work and family balance. Had to apply for ADA and FMLA for daughter with disabilities, I was let go a few weeks later. Was also told I was being let go because I could not do 5 days on site but expectation at time was 3 days onsite. Company never went to 5 days on site, still hybrid for 3 days.
