      New Management Gutting to Prepare Co for Sale

      -One of the higher paying companies in town

      Cons

      -Since the new CEO has started, he's brought in folks known for gutting their former companies. And then the layoffs begun. This company has not stopped pushing people out, so they're still crashing. I expect it won't stop until someone buys us (Danaher was interested) or they can't keep the doors open anymore.

      SOME genuine kind people in this location.

      Cons

      Your job is not safe, at all. They will look for the slightest things to get you terminated. Management is poor, doesn't lead by example and just a horrible experience. Stay away from this site.

      Culture of fear, demeaning, and anything for more money

      Exposure to a lot of different molecule types and many different clients

      Cons

      After the purchase by Catalent, this company first slowly but then very quickly morphed into only caring about the stock price at the end of the quarter. They progressively hired more and more management that led with fear, by demeaning others, by gaslighting, and constantly asking for more more more regardless of how hard or long people worked. Even complaints to HR went unanswered, and the people those complained about were rewarded. Catalent only cares about money and making it look like they're doing a good job, not actually fixing issues.
