Pros

There were snacks in the break room, but we didn't even get to choose what to order

Cons

Horrible micromanagement, no room to work way up, horrible hours, base pay low for sales, no comission, impossible sales goal to meet bonuses, do not do it.

Pros

The customers, for the the most part, were an eager group willing to learn about what we were selling. The manager at my specific store was incredible and went above and beyond for all the employees. You get a free mattress after working there for 6 months.

Cons

The pay was a joke and you don’t make commission so it added insult to injury. There is a “promotion” running 365 days a year which cheapens the brand incredibly and whenever the company wasn’t making enough they just cut hours. There would be 3 week spans where I would average 14 hours a week as a key holder. The regional manager did nothing but criticize you. Corporate and design teams would change its “core values” every 3 months and go back on everything they believed in so you were constantly just lying to customers to upsell on the latest, greatest, piece of foam.
