Pros
I LOVED my time with Casper. I learned so much about experiential sales / marketing, sales storytelling, and the art behind the sales follow-up. My managers, Summer and Jacob, were incredible in my growth and development. They were both incredibly supportive, skilled, and reliable. The experiences Casper afforded me I still use everyday. Even though it was time for me to move on in my career, I cherish my time with the team and company. I even come back to the store to catch up with the team (and meet new team members.) Good people, for sure.
Cons
I wish there could have been an opportunity for PT employees to earn a portion of commissions. I understand the methodology behind excluding PT members, but it would have been a nice perk. Especially since PT members are also supporting the team in closing sales and accruing cash flow to the business.
