Naps at work. Laid back work environment.

Pushed to almost bombard clients with outreach before and after transactions. Smaller company so discount offering was drastically limited.

They give you a lot of stuff — free stuff that makes it worth staying

Cons

40K as a salary for phone calls is lower than what most make at a normal place. Worst experience was the leads and managers who’ve been here since day 1 and act like everything is almighty perfect. There’s favorites and you may get fired based on csat scores

I got fired for not being able to go to my scheduled “shifts” which were 1 hour phone calls. These were scheduled the day of or the day before.
