      Very flexible and with the times

      lately the life has been sucked out due to re-orgs etc. They grew to fast without a proper foundation. Fixing now, but sucked the life out of everyone. HIgh turnover currently. Needs strong leaders and better hires.

      Pros

      There is nothing positive at working for Casper. You are kept at your position and then expected to exert your self and train upper management so they don’t have to pay you a raise even after years of loyalty to the company they will just replace you with someone willing to work more for less after you train them they will can you.

      Cons

      No mobility in company. Non Commission Sales. Terrible Customer Basis. Terrible Logistics. Over Worked and Under paid. Work/Life Balance unrealistic. No tangible incentives. Failing Over Valued Unicorn Company. Toxic Work environment with Toxic People.
