Pros

Very good for someone with two jobs. Great connection between stores. The overall sense of community. Potential bonuses. Sweet discount.

Cons

Sales goals vary from store to store in drastic numbers. Making it where some stores can't meet their goals to get towards bonuses.

1. Decent $14/hr starting pay. 2. Store design with private rooms for customers to try out mattresses is unique in business. 3. Employee discount on mattresses, pillows, etc.

Cons

1. Lead generation and followup with redundant emails and phone calls to prospective customers. 2. Boring when no customers in the store which can be for long periods. Sometimes only a few customers or none a day.
