Pros

Relaxed atmosphere, flexible scheduling and kind leaders within the brand. Focus and commitment to diversity. Great for those who are relationship driven with their clients and those who are comfortable with clienteling. The company is scaling from e-comm only and this lots of change happens in a typical year, but growth is inevitable. Excellent discounts and very generous gifting program to ensure all employees use and can speak to the product.

Cons

Slower pace during weekdays, clientelling may be a challenge for those coming from standard retail. Not too much room for growth due to the smaller size, but definitely not a dead-end.
