      Pros

      Strong management at the regional level.

      Cons

      Work life balance. Most stores are in malls and stay opened until 8 pm. That is more of the mall's fault than casper's though.

      Pros

      Work/life balance is okay. However I have been with the company 5 years and they don't appreciate employees that work hard. no commission, however bonuses if the store does well collectively. So you can work HARD but if no one else is doing the same, no bonus, not worth it and no rewarding
