Cons

- Low to average pay, while offices are in particularly high cost living areas. - Low IPO.  - Immense pressure to constantly outperform and beat competitors, for which there are many.

They give you a lot of stuff — free stuff that makes it worth staying

Cons

40K as a salary for phone calls is lower than what most make at a normal place. Worst experience was the leads and managers who’ve been here since day 1 and act like everything is almighty perfect. There’s favorites and you may get fired based on csat scores
