Pros

Engaging peer to peer networking. Free mattress. Intelligent client base.

Cons

Mall hours in free standing brick & mortar spaces. No autonomy to control operating hours based on business trends. Severe disconnect between HQ and retail. No pay equity or transparency. This is f*cking laughable. Worst part is the pay.

Pros

The People, man there are some great people in the retail industry here. The ability to move up in Casper is all on YOU. No matter what position you start with. Do the job (Easiest retail work I've experienced) and you will get recognized.

Cons

Shoot... As much as I love working for this company and the people. It's just the company, period... The structure is minimum to none, depending on the Store Manager you have. Also, HQ communication with the store is also minimum to none. So being a leader in a store, it can get awfully foggy as terms of information. There's never a direct answer. Oh, and they are laying people off every 5-10 months. Not a GOOD sign.
