-Fast paced, collaborative and creative environment where your thoughts, ideas and opinions are actually heard. -Refreshing dynamic of smart people without the egos and direct access to leadership team -Big emphasis on culture and employee satisfaction, everyone seems genuinely happy and enjoys coming into the office every day -Excellent benefits and office perks

Cons

Like most start ups, things move fast and can quickly change, but this pace is what keeps the company exciting to work for.

- Refreshing to work with a great team with ambitious goals of building an iconic brand - Prototypical startup vibe and culture that moves really, really fast - Management's willingness to make investments and changes to deliver a superior customer experience - Meritocracy - Catered lunch!

Cons

- Normal high-growth startup growing pains: 1) Concurrently building the infrastructure, processes and procedures necessary to be a large, effective organization; 2) Continuous improvements in communication across all organizations
