Horrible management

Pros

Pay is great but you have work/life balance. You make lots of money but you work 24/7 (which I didn’t mind)

Cons

Management and HR is horrible! Favoritism, toxic work environment and lack of communication is actually encouraged. It breaks my heart that the company has changed so much over the past decade….. it’s not the company it used to be.

Pay is decent, that’s about it

Cons

Long hours, no support from managers or other team members. Lack of communication. If you’re a good worker just depend on yourself because everyone will just pretend like they are doing something to 8 hours while you’re struggling

Pros

You don't have to work hard, you don't have to be smart or qualified to work there.

Cons

Everything runs of favoritism, people in corporate and boutiques aren't the brightest crayon in the box. Sales people think they are smart and talented for selling jewelry in the mall, which they have no control over. Terrible management and structure in place.
