Pros

Good pay, and talented individuals.

Cons

No care for employees, teams are burned out due to lack of direction from the top. Priorities are communicated clearly, but the day to day is not consistent. they set unrealistic expectations, this comes from the very Top who believes that staying overnight or leaving the office at 9pm is what it takes. Dont take the bait. research the turnover rate post the utc spin-off (2020); people in the area that have not worked there refer to it as the company where nobody stays (their acquaintances worked there at some point, but nobody stays).

Pros

Working at the branch, my supervisors are fantastic, never had some that would support me and really understand the balance of work and life.

Cons

The corporate headquarters don't always understand what is occuring in the field when making changes.

Pros

Good team spirit and work stationery

Cons

A poor approach to managing people—arguably an organization's most valuable asset—reduces individuals to mere numbers, undermining their unique contributions and potential. This transactional mindset not only misleads candidates during the recruitment process, promising opportunities that may not exist, but also fosters a culture of disengagement and mistrust. Additionally, deficiencies in onboarding further exacerbate this issue, as new hires are left without proper guidance and support, leading to confusion, low morale, and high turnover rates. Ultimately, neglecting the human element in management can severely hinder an organization’s success and growth.
